Build Putnam is managed by the Putnam County Community Improvement Corporation in partnership with the Workforce Partnership of Putnam County. The Putnam County Commissioners awarded a start-up grant to the Putnam County Community Improvement Corporation and the Workforce Partnership of Putnam County, to assist with the launch of Build Putnam.
