The Workforce Partnership of Putnam County is an Industry Sector Partnership.  Our vision is to prepare, connect and grow an adaptive, highly skilled manufacturing workforce for Putnam County.  We do this by raising awareness of Putnam County Manufacturers and their jobs, expose students to manufacturing, provide training to upskill manufacturing employees.
