The Putnam County Educational Service Center is seeking an educational leader for the Superintendent position. The successful candidate must be committed to the highest personal and professional standards and will demonstrate the following:

·Ohio Superintendent’s certificate or license or evidence that one is obtainable.

·Successful experience as an administrator.

·Superintendent experience preferred.

·Knowledge of Ohio school law, finance, and budgeting.

·Strong public relations skills and demonstrates ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

·Ability to implement the Board’s vision, mission and goals.

·Ability to select, assign, supervise, and evaluate staff effectively.
