Listed below are a few of the responsibilities, but not limited to;

• Servicing and maintaining all Village owned vehicles and machinery, including Village/Twp. Fire Trucks & equipment.
• Diverse skills: While primarily focused on Auto/Diesel repairs, they may also be required to work on small engines, Mosquito Sprayers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, etc.…
• Must obtain a CDL to operate all vehicles owned by Village within 12-month period after hire.
• Must obtain the appropriate pesticide and vegetation license as needed for regular operations in the village.
• Assist with snow removal in the Village.  Assist with maintaining & mowing grassy areas along all railroads owned by the Village.
• Serve as the first call for any general maintenance item needed at Village buildings.
• Assist all Village departments as needed under the direction of the Street & Park Superintendent.
• Will work on the weekend and holiday schedule of the water and waste water departments.
• Complete any other task assigned by Village leadership.
