Repair Line Operator

Summary

Repair Line Operators are responsible for operation of continuous operating line, visually inspect, track, and verify coils, maintain proper conditions/settings to produce prime quality product with maximum efficiency.  Requirements include:  trouble shooting and repair of line equipment, technical knowledge, good computer, math, and reading comprehension.  experience and education in technical discipline preferred.

Details of starting compensation and benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $4,992/month ($28.80/hourly equivalent).
    • potential of up to $38.08/hourly equivalent, not including built in overtime and shift premium.
  • Overtime built in by working scheduled shift ~$748/month.
  • Shift premium when working nights ~$173.34/month ($2.00/hour on nights).
  • $720/month benefits allocation.
  • 5% in 401K (match not required).
  • 1% match, up to 5% with years of service.
