POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Human Relations activities. They will work closely with team members and represent the Company in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain a safe working environment including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and compliance with all safety rules and established procedures
• Maintain employee filing system
• Maintain record retention of records pertaining to the position
• Prepare OSHA injury reporting documentation and reports
• Process BWC claims and reports
• Manage all issues regarding insurance and insurance claims
• Process FMLA, Unemployment and other Human Relations activities and reports
• Help maintain accounts payables
• Help maintain accounts receivables regarding invoicing and cash receipts
• Answer telephone and greet visitors
• Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Business Software
• Strong computer, organizational, written and communication skills
