This individual will set/manage timelines, job cost analysis and provide feedback for both company and customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain company reputation in technical expertise and service excellence.
• Perform site visits to understand client needs
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customers’ requirements.
• While ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure accurate quoting and project execution.
• Monitor project scopes and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation technologies.
