OCHRE — Office Coordinator (Ohio)
Location: Ottawa, OH Classification: Hourly, 30 hours/week (benefits eligible) Compensation: commensurate with experience
Position Summary:
Support the day-to-day operations of OCHRE’s Ohio office. The role covers general administration, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, and basic receiving/quality control.
Responsibilities:
• Manage general office administration: filing, data entry, calendars, and documents
• Handle customer service communications: order/status updates and delivery scheduling.
• Assist with order processing and documentation in company systems (e.g., sales orders, purchase orders, invoices).
• Coordinate shipments: UPS Worldship, freight, labels/BOLs, tracking, returns.
• Receiving and basic QC check-ins; record discrepancies and follow up with vendors.
• Maintain simple inventory and supplies for packaging and samples.
• Liaise with workshop staff and the NYC team to keep schedules and priorities aligned. Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
• QuickBooks/Intuit for orders, invoices, and bills.
