The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SES’s marketing strategy across digital, print, events, and sales support channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on—owning campaigns from idea to execution—and will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations to drive qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support company growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SES’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
- Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns to support sales, lead generation, and market expansion
- Develop sales support materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, proposals, etc.)
- Coordinate trade shows, events, community outreach, and sponsorships
- Manage brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and lead metrics
- Work with internal teams and external vendors (design, print, web, etc.) as needed
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives as the company grows
