Summary

We are a family owned custom manufacturing shop that focuses on unique and high quality products that ship worldwide. We are seeking a hardworking, detail oriented, and dependable administrator.  The job would be largely office based to assist with clerical and administrative work.  But opportunities to learn other skills could be available.  If you’re looking for a friendly work environment in a small business with primarily administrative duties come talk with us.

Experience

Handle client correspondence

Maintain filing systems and documentation

Assist with Data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking

Shipping and tracking

Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Quickbooks a plus

Clear Communication skills required

Prior experience preferred, but not required

Salary/Benefits

Pay based on experience/skills open to negotiation

$18-$22 per hour starting pay
