Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. is a certified community behavioral health organization providing outpatient behavioral health services, located at 835 N. Locust St. in Ottawa, Pathways has served Putnam County since 1970. Originally established as Putnam County Mental Health Services, the agency merged with New Directions Center Outreach and Recovery in 1998 to form Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. Pathways is licensed by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health and nationally accredited through CARF.
