Retractable Screen Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Managing a 2-man crew in daily tasks; ensuring accountability in attendance
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to keep jobs on schedule and budget
• Delegate job duties to crew members for optimal efficiency
• Utilize appropriate tools for cutting, prepping, and assembling the job
• Manage a safe and clean work site
• Frame using extruded aluminum with precision
• Take accurate measurements for precise construction
• Perform masonry and electrical work as necessary
• Apply caulking and flashing techniques
• Program motors for specified functions
• Conduct final walk through with customers, collecting payment, and ensuring the job is built to customer satisfaction and expectations
• Provide training for new installers
