We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pool Manager to oversee our swimming pool operations, which include estimating and ordering materials, installation, equipment setup, and ongoing maintenance.

This position is crucial for managing our pool projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and quoting new pool projects
• Measuring and ordering pools and necessary materials
• Coordinating pool installations and project schedules
• Overseeing the installation of vinyl liner pools
• Installing and servicing Pentair pool equipment
• Setting up and installing automatic pool covers
• Installing pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool equipment
• Conducting pool startup and system balancing
• Performing routine pool maintenance and service
• Troubleshooting pool equipment and systems
• Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment issues
• Maintaining accurate records of pool projects, equipment, and materials
• Communicating with customers throughout the project
• Coordinating with other Schimmoeller Construction crews as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Ordering and managing inventory of pool materials and equipment
• Ensuring all pool installations meet company quality standards
