Knueven Creamery is a small, fourth generation, family-operated producer of natural, low temperature vat pasteurized, non-homogenized, non-GMO milk from cows pastured on certified organic land. We are 100% hormone and antibiotic free.

Our Gilboa store is scooping delicious “cow to cream to cone” ice cream year round that is made on site from the freshest ingredients. Farm fresh milk, cheese, eggs and many other products are also available. Come check us out – all are welcome!
