Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
Reports To: Owner / General Manager
Job Type: Part-time, temporary (flexible hours may be required)
Location: 202 W. Main Street, Ottawa, OH. 45875

Position Summary:
The Business Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily business functions across office administration, marketing, customer service, sales support, and occasional field work. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the business run smoothly.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors or clients
  • Maintain office supplies, organize files, and manage data entry
  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and light bookkeeping tasks
  • Help prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Update website content and manage online presence
  • Assist with advertising campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Capture and organize project photos for marketing use

Sales & Customer Service

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads
  • Assist with scheduling site visits or consultations
  • Prepare sales packets and promotional materials
  • Maintain CRM system with client communications and updates

Field & Labor Support (As Needed)

  • Assist with on-site tasks such as delivery coordination, cleanup, or simple labor duties
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as directed
  • Support job site documentation (e.g., taking photos, drop-off/pick-up coordination)

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, marketing, or construction support preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Quickbooks)
  • Willingness to assist with physical labor or job site needs occasionally
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
