This role involves working closely with families whose children have been removed from their homes or at risk of removal, with the goal of implementing services, working the reunification goals, and ensuring child safety. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, collaborating with various professionals, and referring families to community resources. The job requires maintaining accurate records, preparing case documents, and providing court testimony. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to meet state mandates and deadlines. Additionally, the role involves being on-call on a rotating basis (additional pay provided). Agency hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human services related studies. Valid driver’s license. Previous case management experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, be skillful in problem solving, maintain accurate records and be able to develop and present new ideas to unique issues as they arise. You must be highly adaptable to change, organized, ability to meet multiple deadlines, and want to make a difference in the lives of families in the community. Previous experience with case management and social services programs preferred.
PAY RANGE:
$42,536.00 to $51,750.40 annually
