Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and other related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete appropriate paperwork.
• Load/unload parts efficiently.

Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus.
• Strong skills in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
