Primary tasks include meeting with individuals and families experiencing unmet health and social service needs and linking them to community resources according to program guidelines.
Applicant must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have bilingual (Spanish) skills. Associate Degree in social or behavioral science or experience in social/human services preferred.
