As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our assisted living requirements. Your expertise in meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
  • Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Experience

Requirements
