• Oversee job site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to stay aligned with project budgets and timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections utilizing tools and heavy-duty equipment to monitor quality control and safety compliance
• Coordinate on project progress, resolving issues promptly to minimize delays
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, conducting safety meetings and inspections regularly

Skills

• Proven track record in project management with supervising experience on large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control techniques
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for accurate project execution
• Knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations on construction sites
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and foster collaboration
