Summary

The Ottawa Senior Center Board is looking for a new Director to serve the non-profit association and fill the current Director’s position.

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

  • A high school diploma
  • Work 24 hours weekly – Monday thru Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM with some flexibility.
  • Is a “people person” with good social and communication skills
  • Can do data entry and have the ability to work with Microsoft Office on the computer
  • Can prepare monthly Board meeting agendas, prepare a monthly newsletter, and prepare publicity for special events
  • Can coordinate, prepare, and schedule a monthly calendar of events for the Agency
  • Can identify and work with other agencies providing services for senior citizens
