• Starting Pay: $20/hour, plus $1.25 shift differential for 3rd shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
• Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday (flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do:

As a Grind Line Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of our production line by:

• Transporting recycled plastics to the beginning of the reprocessing line using a forklift.
• Filling boxes with processed material and preparing them for storage or distribution.
• Receiving direction from the Grind Line Lead and reporting to the Production Line Support Leader.
• Maintaining and building job skills through company training programs.
• Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Communicating unsafe conditions or acts immediately to the Plant Manager.
• Assisting with the Preventive Maintenance program as needed.
• Practicing proper forklift operation and maintenance.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards in the facility.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a strong desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Be able to stand and be mobile throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and a strong work ethic.
• Be committed to safety and teamwork.
• Have a willingness to take part in ADS training and development programs.
