Schedule: Monday- Saturday

· 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am + $1.25 shift differential

Shift Perks:

• 8-hour shift with a 30 min lunch
• Variety of shifts available

· This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as needed.

What you’ll do:

As a Grind Line Operator, you are responsible for transporting recycled plastics to the beginning of the reprocessing line using a forklift. The Grind Line Operator is also responsible for filling boxes and transporting processed material for storage and distribution. Grind Line Operators receive direction throughout their work shift from the Grind Line Lead and reports to the Production Line Support Leader.

Every day, you can expect to:

• Transport recycled plastic to the beginning of the grind line for processing
• Fill boxes with processed material and transport to storage or prepare for distribution
• Maintain and build job skills through company training programs Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUE
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to the Plant Manager
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance program as required
• Practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance
• Maintain facility housekeeping

To thrive in this role, you must:

• Practice continuous improvement
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be able to stand and be mobile throughout an 8-hour shift
• Occasionally lift to 75 lbs.
