Primary responsibilities include program planning and assessment, working with community agencies to improve the healthy eating/active living opportunities of Putnam County residents and sharing health related information.
Experience in promoting healthy lifestyles is preferred. Applicants must be motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
