Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
