Summary
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized and individualized educational instruction to students within a self-contained program, utilizing a functional academic curriculum.
Effectively manage student behaviors to enhance engagement and maximize achievement.
Collaborate as a proactive team member to foster a supportive learning environment.
Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
Engage closely with families and external resources to provide comprehensive support for students.
Experience
Hold an Ohio Intervention Specialist License in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive Needs
Candidates must be positive, creative, and have the mindset to put kids first
Demonstrate a commitment to all young learner’s success and achievement
