· Proofread documents for attorneys and prepare documents – mainly focusing on real estate.
· Organization and management of office, supplies and confidential client information.
· Ensure timely flow of documents.
· Distribute mail, prepare letters, email, memos and other correspondence.
· Maintain calendar and appointments.
· Perform other special projects as requested.
· Communicates in an effective and professional manner – both verbally and written, with the ability to create correspondence.
