Geise Transmission is seeking a qualified, honest and hard working mechanic to add to our team. We are a locally owned, full service facility shop located in Ottoville.

Applicants NEED automotive experience or equivalent degree for consideration. There is potential to learn and grow with us.

Applicant needs to be familiar with performing shocks, struts and wheel bearing replacements along with general repairs. Also familiar with routine oil changes, brakes, transmission services, tire changes and rotations, and removing and installing transmissions.

Applicant must be able to be on time and come to work. Must be detail oriented (pay attention to the items needing worked on for that vehicle), self motivated, able to work independently and follow directions and have their own tools. This is a very fast paced, busy shop. Must be able to stay on task.

We offer a great atmosphere, with paid time off after 90 days, 401k with company match after 90 days, holiday pay and uniforms provided after 90 days.
