• Experience in a manufacturing environment, and preferably in an automotive related industry. • Experience with problem solving techniques (5 why & root cause analysis), and with statistical techniques and data analysis. • Must have excellent communication skills with ability to interface directly with hourly employees as well as management level of employee concerning manufacturing initiatives and progress updates. • Must possess a high energy level with a strong work ethic. • Good pc skills with knowledge of excel, word and outlook. • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English. • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, AAS preferred • Two (2) years experience in the specialty vehicle or truck chassis manufacturing field. • Experience working with CAD, Solidworks and/ or Autocad and MS Office Suite.
