MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
·         Successful completion of accredited Occupational Therapy program,
·         Valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license and Ohio Department of Education pupil services                        credential,
·         Valid driver’s license,
·         Occupational Therapy experience working with children,
·         Working knowledge of regulatory standards, ethical/legal responsibilities, and policies related to             occupational therapy in schools, including ODE requirements,
·         Ability to read, analyze, and interpret assessment results and use the results to develop                            treatment/intervention plans and classroom strategies that are appropriate to the educational                goals of the student and within the student’s least restrictive environment,
·         Strong organizational skills to keep accurate, confidential records and meet timelines,
·         Prefer experience working in a school setting with school personnel, students, and families,
·         Ability to work with a multitude of individuals (students, teachers, administrators, parents).
