DESCRIPTION:     

•Enthusiastic, willing to take initiative, seek professional growth opportunities and be a team player.

•Complete evaluation process in compliance with ODE Special Education Operating Standards;

•Experience and knowledge in using various testing protocols;

•Participate in preschool play-based assessment team;

•Understand and complete all reports in a timely manner;

•Consult with teachers, parents, and other educational personnel on issues related to the education of children with disabilities to ensure the provision of the most appropriate educational program;

•Other duties pertaining to evaluations and/or counseling as requested by the superintendent including crisis intervention and support and in accordance with school psychologist professional standards and ethics.

LOCATION: Office located at the Putnam County Educational Service Center with services provided in Putnam County Schools, as assigned by the ESC Superintendent.        

CONTRACT: 10 month contract and hours as established by Putnam County ESC
