Position Overview:

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is personable, professional, and enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service to our patients. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and supporting the development of our patient care experience.

As the first point of contact for patients-both in person and over the phone-you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Friendliness, enthusiasm, and a warm demeanor are absolutely essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized, and excited to be a key part of growing our front-office operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute not just administratively, but strategically as we expand and improve how we serve our patients.

 

Responsibilities:

– Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, text, and email

– Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and compassion

– Maintain and update patient records in our practice management system

– Coordinate patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule for providers

– Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in patient care procedures

– Collaborate with the team to support ongoing growth and innovation in service delivery

 

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare front desk role preferred

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

– Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems

– Passionate about providing a great experience for every patient

– Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
