Job Responsibilities:

As a Pelletizing Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Pelletizing line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production. You’ll be expected to:

• Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) safety protocols
• Maintain production records and ensure products meet ADS quality specifications
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance and perform troubleshooting for mechanical issues
• Conduct forklift operation and maintain equipment
• Support continuous improvement by adhering to ADS CORE VALUES
• Perform tooling changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime
• Keep the facility clean and ensure housekeeping standards
• Complete training programs to gain skills and certifications

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and be mobile throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• No experience required – We will train you!
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours/week and weekends as needed
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Team player with a focus on continuous improvement
