Endera Motors is strengthening its engineering organization and rebuilding the systems that support disciplined execution. We are looking for a Program Manager who can work directly with the Engineering Manager and the Vice President of Engineering. This role will help connect daily work to long-term goals and ensure every effort moves the company forward.

Role Overview

The Program Manager supports planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple engineering efforts. You will manage timelines, risks, cross functional communication, and reporting. You will reinforce structure, improve clarity, and keep engineering aligned with the company’s mission. Your work will reduce delays, strengthen decision flow, and support the technical teams as they rebuild processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering programs across EV and non EV platforms and ensure alignment with company priorities.
• Build and maintain timelines, dashboards, decision logs, and executive level reports.
• Identify risks early and track mitigation plans with clear accountability.
• Support engineering leads with requirements tracking, design reviews, and documentation schedules.
• Maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, KPIs, and change control records.
• Improve cross functional communication between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service.
• Support ISO aligned change control, configuration management, and document control workflows.
• Track supplier deliverables and verify alignment with internal timing and quality expectations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Engineering Manager and VP of Engineering.
• Ensure program decisions stay connected to the engineering strategy and our mission: We move people forward.

Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• One to five years of experience supporting or managing engineering or manufacturing programs.
• Strong understanding of schedules, risk management, and cross functional coordination.
• Ability to brief leadership clearly and accurately.
• Experience with program dashboards, requirement tracking, or engineering tools.
• Ability to work on site and engage directly with engineering and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Program Management.
• Program Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Training or experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, or similar structured processes.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 10007, or automotive quality frameworks.
• Hands on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Visure, Polarion, or similar tools.
