We are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to perform quality control inspections. You will assist in the development of testing parameters for our products, reviewing products for industry compliance, and assessing production procedures. You may also need to train employees on quality standards.

To ensure success as a quality auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of product standards and experience as a quality auditor in a similar industry. An outstanding quality auditor will be someone whose quality assessment skills translate into products of exceptional quality.

General Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing, implementing, and conducting quality control audit plans and reports.
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Working closely with Teams to improve quality and throughput.
  • Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
  • Working with PDI and the Warranty Administrator to issue Quality Alerts.
  • Peform 5 Why and Root Causes Analysis to identify and eliminate defects
  • Perform incoming material inspections and identifying incoming supplier quality issues.
  • Ensuring that in-process and completed vehicles comply with industry standards.
  • Documenting defects and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to management.

Experience

Qualifications:

  • Quality Control experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Computer/Microsoft experience required.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
