The Barndo Company is seeking experienced and dependable subcontract framing crews to help construct high-quality barndominiums, residential, agricultural, and commercial buildings. Responsibilities

• Frame barndominiums, residential homes, agricultural buildings, and commercial structures according to plans and specifications.
• Install floor systems, wall systems, roof systems, trusses, and structural framing components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety requirements, and The Barndo Company’s quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a framing subcontractor or framing crew.
• Experience framing barndominiums, residential, agricultural, post-frame (pole barn), and commercial buildings is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Must provide your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
• Valid general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage (if applicable).
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.
