Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our trenchless services across residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and partner channels. This role focuses on building relationships, educating clients on trenchless solutions, and generating new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, works independently, and thrives in a blue-collar / technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with:
  • Municipalities
  • Residential
  • Commercial & industrial facilities
  • Property managers
  • Plumbing and utility partners
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Educate customers on trenchless pipe lining and repair solutions
• Conduct site visits and assist with project scoping
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Represent American Trenchless professionally in the field and at meetings

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (construction, industrial, utilities, plumbing, or B2B sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver’s license
• Technical background or willingness to learn trenchless technologies
