🧾 Position: Accounting Staff Member
📍 Locations: Napoleon, Bryan, or Ottawa, OH.  Hybrid with remote work for the right candidate.
📅 Experience: 5+ years in accounting or bookkeeping

🔍 Job Duties Include:
•    Payroll preparation
•    Bank reconciliations
•    Maintaining general ledgers
•    Maintaining client payables and bank balances
•    Preparing financial statements
•    Potentially preparing individual tax returns (1040’s)

💻 Software Skills Desired:
•    QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online (QBO)
•    Payroll and Payables software platforms
•    Microsoft Excel
•    General comfort with various accounting platforms

✅ What We’re Looking For:
•    Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
•    5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
•    Positive attitude and strong communication skills
•    Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
