We would love for you to join our Hilty Faithful Foundation Preschool and Child Care Family.  We are looking for compassionate, supportive, caring, teacher’s aides to add to our expanding Center.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide affection, care, and attention to all children in a safe Christian environment while following state laws and Center policies
• Assist and support lead teachers in education of children according to Center Mission Statement and policies in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; health and personal habits
• Assist lead teachers in maintaining organization of activities in the classroom such as circle time, outdoor play, science activities, large motor activities, and messy play
• Assist lead teachers in providing children with play-based learning experiences that will allow, encourage, and guide the children to facilitate further development of learning experiences and skill acquisition
• Communicate effectively with children, team, and parents
